Rectangular with molded applied rim and incurved corners, raised on four scroll feet with shaped oblong pad terminals, the center engraved with an elaborate cartouche of foliate scrolls headed by a mask and shell with an architectural bracket below flanked by two seated lions and with an eagle with wings outstretched below, enclosing a later coat of arms.
