The teapot straight-sided oval with wooden loop handle and straight tapering spout, with hinged domed cover with oval wood finial, decorated with horizontal wriggle-work bands, engraved on one side with a coat of arms within a bright-cut shield-shaped cartouche and, on the other side, with a crest within a similar cartouche; the oval stand with conforming decoration, raised on four reeded splayed feet, the center engraved with the same crest.
