An incomplete manuscript comprised of thirteen detached leaves and decorated wooden upper and lower covers. One cover depicts a seated Bodhisattva Prajñaparamita, the other depicts the Buddha surrounded by a mandorla. The thirteen leaves are manuscript folios 62-67, 75-79, 81, and 83.
