Nine Network

Halifax f.p. is an Australian television crime series produced by Nine Network from 1994 to 2002. The series stars Rebecca Gibney as Doctor Jane Halifax, a forensic psychiatrist investigating cases involving the mental state of suspects or victims. The series is set in Melbourne. The producers of the film were Beyond Simpson Le Mesurier; Australian Film Finance Corporation and aired on the Nine Network Australia Pty Ltd 21 Episodes of 90 and 102 minutes each were produced, and the series has screened in more than 60 countries. The budget for each episode was an average of $1.3 million. Funding came in part from the Australian Film Finance Corporation and Film Victoria.

The Man from Snowy River

The Man from Snowy River is an Australian television series based on Banjo Paterson's poem "The Man from Snowy River". Released in Australia as Banjo Paterson's The Man from Snowy River, the series was subsequently released in both the United States and the United Kingdom as Snowy River: The McGregor Saga. The television series has no relationship to the 1982 film The Man from Snowy River or the 1988 sequel The Man from Snowy River II. Instead, the series follows the adventures of Matt McGregor, a successful squatter, and his family. Matt is the hero immortalized in Banjo Paterson's poem "The Man from Snowy River", and the series is set 25 years after his famous ride.

The Footy Show (AFL)

The Footy Show is a Logie Award winning Australian sports television program, shown on the Nine Network and its affiliates. The show, which is dedicated to the Australian Football League (AFL) and Australian rules football, made its debut on 24 March 1994 at the same time as the other version which relates to the National Rugby League and rugby league. Although both programs are generally broadcast in the same time slot, as both are shown in distinct geographical regions according to areas where one or the other sport predominates, there is little confusion.

The Footy Show

The Footy Show is an Australian Logie Award-winning sports variety television programme covering professional rugby league in Australia. It is shown on the Nine Network and is currently presented by former rugby league footballers Paul Vautin and Darryl Brohman and Australian former test cricketer Michael Slater. Having aired on Thursday nights since 1994, the programme is largely entertainment-based, with some football-related content included, such as previews of the weekend's fixtures and interviews with players.

Ship to Shore

Ship to Shore is an Australian children's television series devised by David Rapsey and written by Glenda Hambly, John Rapsey, Mary Morris, Everett de Roche, Jon Stephens and others. The program was shown on the ABC and Channel 9 in Australia, on YTV in Canada, and briefly on Nickelodeon in the United States.

The Feds

The Feds is a series of Australian television films starring Robert Taylor, which were first broadcast on the Nine Network 1993-1996. The Feds revolves around the activities of the Australian Federal Police, who protect the national interests from crime in Australia and overseas. Nine telemovies were produced in the series.

Paradise Beach

Paradise Beach is an Australian television series made by Village Roadshow Pictures. It is associated with New World Television for the Nine Network that aired between 1993 and 1994. The series is set around characters living and working on Queensland's Gold Coast and was filmed largely on location, offering views of crashing waves, golden beaches and scantily clad young women and men. Paradise Beach was intended not only as a rival to Australian soaps Neighbours and Home and Away but also to be the first breakthrough Australian soap to make it in America.

Law of the Land

Law of the Land was an Australian television drama series that screened on the Nine Network. The series was set in the fictional country town of Merringanee and centered on the unique way that locals dealt with and enforced the law. The series was created by Ro Hume and Sue Masters and produced by Bruce Best, Matt Carroll, Richard Clendinnen and Terrie Vincent.

R.F.D.S.

R.F.D.S. was created as a spinoff of the popular series The Flying Doctors and is set in the mining town of Broken Hill.

Australia's Naughtiest Home Videos

Australia's Naughtiest Home Videos is a controversial Australian television comedy program which was broadcast on Nine Network on 4 September 1992. It was a one-off special spin-off of Australia's Funniest Home Video Show, depicting videos of sexual situations and other sexually explicit content. The program gained notoriety for, as with the 1969 American TV show Turn-On, being taken off the air part-way through the broadcast of its first and only episode.

Getaway

Getaway is Australia's longest-running travel television program. Debuting on 14 May 1992, it is broadcast on the Nine Network and TLC. Its main competitor was The Great Outdoors on the Seven Network until 2009. A New Zealand version of the program, with some local content, used to be broadcast on TV One and Prime TV. The first season only looked at only Australian resorts and locations, but by 1993 had expanded to look at overseas destinations.

The Adventures of Skippy

In this revival of the charming Aussie series, Sonny Hammond is a park ranger with two children Jerry and Louise. The kids are involved in adventures that often have an environmental theme. Kate Burgess is a researcher at the habitat.
