Scream Queens

Scream Queens is an American reality series on VH1 produced by Joke Productions and Lionsgate Television that premiered in October 2008. The show chronicles a group of unknown actresses competing for a role in the Saw franchise. Tanedra Howard won the first season and gained a role in Saw VI. The second season began airing on August 2, 2010 and the winner, Gabby West, won a role in Saw 3D.

The Cho Show

The Cho Show is a reality-sitcom starring comedienne Margaret Cho which premiered on VH1 on August 21, 2008. The series follows Cho as she interacts with her family and friends, including her mother and her assistant Selene Luna. Sandra Bernhard, Wanda Sykes, Michelle Rodriguez, Kat Von D, Nina Hartley and Joan Rivers make appearances during the show's first season. The premiere episode, titled "Korean of the Year", was available for download from the U.S. iTunes Store for free. The DVD of the show is planned for release in Australia, on 4 March 2009.

New York Goes to Hollywood

New York Goes to Hollywood is a reality VH1 series that consists of eight, 30-minute-episodes. New York Goes to Hollywood premiered on August 4, 2008. This spin-off of the I Love New York series, features Tiffany "New York" Pollard as she tries to find an acting job in Hollywood, California. In order to be an "established actress," Tiffany Pollard has to put her life aside to achieve her Hollywood goal by leaving her mother, Michelle Patterson, and George "Tailor Made" Weisgerber. The show is available on iTunes & the first episode was made available free for a limited time. A follow-up/spin-off season, entitled New York Goes to Work, premiered May 4, 2009.

Brooke Knows Best

Brooke Knows Best is a VH1 reality series spin off from the hit VH1 reality program, Hogan Knows Best. The series first aired July 13, 2008. The show, shot in South Beach, Miami, centers around Brooke Hogan beginning adulthood independent from her parents, no longer living under their roof or being supported by them. The show has since been canceled.

I Love Money

A spin-off series of Flavor of Love, Charm School, I Love New York, Rock of Love, Real Chance of Love, For the Love of Ray J, Daisy of Love and Megan Wants a Millionaire. Former contestants on these shows compete in physical and mental challenges, aiming for a $250,000 grand prize.

I Love the New Millennium

I Love the New Millennium, the latest entry into the I Love the... series, is a nostalgia show focusing on the 2000s and premiered on VH1 Monday, June 23, 2008. Each night, from Monday to Thursday, two of the eight episodes premiered, corresponding to the years from 2000 to 2007. As the series aired in 2008, it did not include episodes for the years 2008 or 2009. Episodes for those years never came to fruition, as the series has since been abandoned.

Sex: The Revolution

Sex: The Revolution was a four-part 2008 American documentary miniseries that aired on VH1 and The Sundance Channel. It chronicled the rise of American interest in sexuality from the 1950s through the 1990s. The version shown on VH1 was pixelated to censor nudity including in discussions of censorship of nudity. VH1 Latin America aired the uncensored version.

Celebracadabra

Celebracadabra is an American reality television series on VH1 that premiered on April 27, 2008. The series involves celebrities attempting to learn and perform magic. Magician/actor Jonathan Levit serves as the host. On Thursday June 12, 2008 C. Thomas Howell was named Greatest Celebrity Magician.

¡Viva Hollywood!

¡Viva Hollywood! is a VH1 reality television program. Twelve Latino actors and Latina actresses compete for the role of "America's Numero Uno Telenovela Star". The winner will also receive a contract with Telemundo, the biggest telenovela production company in the United States.

I Know My Kid's a Star

I Know My Kid's a Star is an American competitive reality television TV show starring Danny Bonaduce of the 1970s TV show The Partridge Family as host and primary judge. Casting agent Marki Costello stars as co-host and secondary judge. The show features ten parent/child pairings, with each pair working together as a team to further the child's career. The parents and children live together in one house. Week to week, the teams work on various performance-related challenges. The show consists of eight episodes, with one team sent home at the end of each episode. The team that wins the final competition is awarded $50,000 and a one-year contract for the child with a Hollywood agent. An Australian version, titled My Kid's a Star and also featuring Bonaduce, began airing in April 2008.

Free Radio

Free Radio is a television show, created by Lance Krall and Rory Rosegarten. The show originated on VH1, but has also played on Comedy Central, and Super Channel. It stars Lance Krall, prominent for his role on The Joe Schmo Show, and Anna Vocino, who also starred with Krall on The Lance Krall Show. The show focuses on a dysfunctional radio station, KBOM. Krall plays a moronic intern turned moronic DJ when KBOM's regular shock jock, Rip Rebel, defects to satellite radio. Lance eventually gets his own show entitled Moron in the Morning. Real celebrities guest star as themselves with Lance, who often either does not realize who they are or mixes them up with other celebrities on the air. Most of the dialogue is improvised.

Dr. Drew Pinsky uses his years of experience in the mental health and addiction treatment field to help stars face their substance use and get on the road to recovery.

The Shot

The Shot was a reality television show created by Nigel Barker and produced by VH1 in 2007. The Shot included 10 aspiring fashion photographers working through a series of games in order to win the competition. Russell James was the host/mentor. The winner of season 1 of the show, as announced on December 23, 2007, was Maria Hartman. She beat Dean on the final challenge, and her winning shot will be used on the cover of Victoria's Secret annual catalog. The shot is of model Alessandra Ambrosio. Maria will also receive a $100,000 and a spread on Marie Claire magazine as prizes.

The Salt-N-Pepa Show

The Salt-N-Pepa Show, which premiered on October 14, 2007 on VH1, is a reality show documenting the events from the life of Salt-n-Pepa, several years after their breakup.
