Compromis

2 thirty year old friends in an empty apartment. One is a mediocre comedian, the other a failed playwright. The former sold his apartment and asked the latter to be present when the compromise was signed, to reassure the buyer. Because if he writes very bad plays, he still has a reassuring face.
