5th-6th Century
Architectural frieze blocks decorated in relief with stylized acanthus leaves separated from each other by a vertical floral garland. Vegetal motif along upper edge of block issues from garlands. Undecorated fillet forms lower border of block.
Unknown, formerly of the Kevorkian Collection. Said to be from Bawit.
