Interior: Inside a meander border, a Maenad running to right but facing left. She is clad in an Ionic chiton with a himation draped over her left shoulder and wears a fillet in applied purple in her hair. In h er right hand she holds the krotala and in her left a thyrsos. At her right is a rock. Fine black glaze covering the entire vase except for the interior medallion and the edge of the foot. Broken, but nothing missing. One handle restored in paster.
