Description

Section of an architectural frieze decorated in relief. Continuous acanthus scroll in wavy pattern. Foliage, rosettes, and other flowers fill spaces above and below the scroll. 1975.41.109.B is a corner block: It is bordered along one long edge by a plain, narrow fillet, and along one short edge by a plain fillet in two narrow registers. Substantial damage in one corner.
