From old accession sheet: Oblong with dentiled and gouge-molded cornice, carved frieze with running design of leaf scrolls resting on two ring-turned bulbous supports with Ionic capitals; cupboard upper section with panel door and sloping returns, each ornamented with rosettes and floral ornament within a formal border of gadroons, acanthus leaves at corners; the gadroon and acanthus motives are repeated upon the shelf which also rests on two bulbous ring-turned supports of elongated form, the rear posts carved with a guilloche motive; base finished with border of sunk gadroon flutings.
